Admicity is an educational technology company that develops automated administration solutions for schools in the United Kingdom. The platform provides digital workflows for managing school admissions, student medical records, special educational needs (SEND), welfare, trips, transport, and parent communication.

The software integrates with SIMS (School Information Management System) to synchronise applicant and pupil records with parental input throughout a student's time at school. The company was founded by Maria Smith, who previously worked as a registrar at a state boarding school for nearly a decade before transitioning to software development.

Smith combined her technical background in automated solutions with first-hand experience in school administration to create the platform. Admicity operates on a subscription model, charging from £2.50 per pupil excluding VAT, and targets state-funded schools that must comply with the UK Government's School Admissions Code.

The platform automates processes from initial application through to student departure, replacing multiple software tools with a single integrated system.
