Developed by Van Robotics, the platform combines a physical robot device with adaptive learning software to deliver structured tutoring sessions covering K-5 mathematics, reading, and social-emotional learning content. The robot interacts with pupils through speech, on-screen activities, and built-in sensors, adjusting lesson pacing and difficulty based on individual performance data gathered during each session.

Content is aligned to primary curriculum standards and organised into short, targeted lessons designed for use in classrooms, intervention groups, or home settings. ABii is used by schools, tutoring providers, and families to supplement core instruction and provide additional practice in foundational subjects.

The system records pupil progress, attention levels, and skill mastery, generating reports that teachers and parents can use to monitor learning outcomes.
