Aeries SIS
Description
Aeries SIS is a K-12 student information system used for managing student records, attendance, grades, scheduling, and communication between districts, schools, teachers, parents, and students.
The platform provides modules for student demographics, enrolment, attendance tracking, gradebook management, scheduling, discipline records, health records, and state and federal reporting. It includes web-based and mobile interfaces for administrators, teachers, parents, and students, with portals that allow parents and students to view grades, assignments, attendance, and school communications in real time.
Aeries supports integration with third-party applications through APIs and offers analytics tools for tracking pupil progress, attainment, and behaviour data across schools and districts. Aeries SIS is used by school districts and individual schools across the United States, particularly in California, where it is widely adopted for managing California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) reporting and other state-mandated submissions.
The system is available as a hosted cloud-based deployment or as a self-hosted installation, and includes role-based access controls to manage permissions for staff, parents, and students. Additional functionality covers query and reporting tools, dashboards for district-level data analysis, and configuration options that allow districts to adapt the system to local policies and workflows.
