Functionality includes recording pupil participation in clubs and societies, managing awards programmes, and monitoring compliance with the Ofsted Enrichment Benchmark.

The system connects to a school's existing management information system (MIS), allowing pupil data and attendance records to be synchronised between platforms without manual re-entry. The platform is aimed at staff responsible for co-curricular provision, pastoral care, and senior leadership teams overseeing enrichment strategy.

Schools use the system to maintain registers of extra-curricular activities, track individual pupil engagement across the wider curriculum, and produce reports for internal monitoring and external inspection purposes. By centralising enrichment data, the platform supports schools in evidencing their provision against statutory and regulatory frameworks relevant to UK secondary education.
