Cialfo
Description
Cialfo is a college counselling platform used by secondary schools to support career exploration, university research, and the management of student applications to higher education institutions.
The platform provides tools for school counsellors to manage student caseloads, track application progress, and oversee deadlines, recommendation letters, essays, and test scores through a Student Dashboard. It includes a university discovery feature powered by an in-house tool called Saige AI, which allows students to research institutions, along with a Discovery Centre containing articles and videos about study destinations.
Cialfo offers a Direct Apply function that connects students to a network of programmes across participating universities, and supports the submission of applications, transcripts, and supporting documentation. Cialfo is used by international and independent schools across regions including China, India, Australia, the United Kingdom, and other markets.
Additional features include dynamic reporting on student progress, profile building tools for students, destination guides, and Cialfo Guides, which provide reference material to support counselling work. The platform is web-based and is aimed at high-school counselling teams responsible for guiding students through the post-secondary application process.
