Description

ClassVR is a virtual reality hardware and software platform used for delivering immersive educational content in primary and secondary school classrooms.

The platform consists of standalone VR headsets designed for classroom use, accompanied by a teacher control portal that allows educators to manage multiple devices simultaneously. Teachers can direct content to all headsets at once, monitor what students are viewing, and guide group learning experiences through a centralised interface.

The headsets are pre-loaded with educational content covering subjects across the curriculum, including science, history, geography, and the arts. ClassVR provides access to a library of curriculum-aligned virtual and augmented reality resources, including 360-degree images, videos, and interactive 3D models.

The service is used by primary schools, secondary schools, and further education providers to supplement traditional teaching methods with immersive experiences. Lesson plans and teaching materials are supplied alongside the hardware to support integration into existing schemes of work.

The system is designed to operate without requiring individual user accounts for students, with content delivery managed through the teacher's device.
