Classwize

Developed by Linewize (part of Qoria), the platform provides teachers with visibility into the devices being used in their classrooms. Functionality includes real-time screen monitoring, the ability to open or close specific websites and applications for individual students or groups, and tools for setting time-based access rules during lessons.

Teachers can create custom rules for different classes or activities, and the system integrates with school timetables to automatically apply appropriate settings during scheduled periods. The software is designed to operate alongside school-wide web filtering and works across managed devices including Chromebooks, Windows, macOS, and iPad.

It is intended for use in primary, secondary, and further education settings, and is typically deployed in conjunction with other Linewize products such as the School Manager filtering platform. Classwize also includes reporting features that allow teachers and school leaders to review student online activity, identify off-task behaviour, and share information with parents or pastoral staff where relevant.
