CloudM
Description
CloudM is a software-as-a-service platform used for cloud migration and user data management across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, automating tasks such as user provisioning, offboarding, and data archiving.
The platform consists of two main products: CloudM Migrate, which transfers data including emails, files, contacts, and calendars between cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and various IMAP sources; and CloudM Automate, which handles ongoing user lifecycle management tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and data archiving. The system supports bulk migrations and provides tools for managing inactive accounts, reclaiming licences, and archiving data from departed users.
In educational settings, CloudM is used by schools, multi-academy trusts, and universities to manage student and staff accounts across academic years, automate the offboarding of leavers, and archive historical student data for compliance purposes. The platform integrates with identity providers and directory services to synchronise user information, and includes features for delegating administrative tasks, signature management, and applying organisational policies.
CloudM operates on a subscription model and is deployed by educational institutions and businesses internationally.
