eLuma
Description
eLuma is an online therapy and mental health services platform used for connecting schools with licensed clinicians to deliver speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, school psychology, and mental health support to students via telehealth.
The platform provides K-12 school districts with access to a network of licensed therapists and clinicians who deliver services remotely through live video sessions. Service areas include speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, school psychology, behavioural health, and student mental health and counselling.
Clinicians work with students individually or in groups to support Individualised Education Programme (IEP) goals, special education requirements, and general wellbeing needs. eLuma includes case management tools for tracking student progress, documenting sessions, managing caseloads, and producing compliance reports for special education requirements.
The platform supports collaboration between remote clinicians and on-site school staff, parents, and administrators through scheduling features, progress reporting, and data dashboards. Districts typically use the service to address shortages of qualified specialists, cover unfilled positions, provide services in rural or underserved areas, and supplement in-person therapy teams.
The system is designed to integrate with district workflows for referrals, evaluations, and ongoing service delivery.
