Originally launched as a house points-based rewards system, the platform has expanded to cover a range of school management functions including points, badges, leaderboards, certificates, activities, donations, assessment, homework, classwork, cover work, interventions and seating plans. It also provides tools for parents' evening bookings, messaging between staff, students and parents, and integration with school Management Information Systems (MIS).

The system is used in primary and secondary schools internationally, with functionality aimed at motivating students, engaging parents and reducing administrative workload for teachers. Additional features include modules for behaviour management, wellbeing, extra-curricular activity tracking and certificate generation.
