Developed by eduFOCUS, the platform provides tools for organising off-site trips and on-site activities, including risk assessment, parental consent collection, staff and pupil registers, and approval workflows involving educational visit coordinators, headteachers, and local authority officers. It also supports the administration of extra-curricular clubs, fixtures, and sports programmes, with functionality for scheduling, registers, and communication with parents and staff.

The system includes modules for handling payments associated with trips and activities, along with documentation and record-keeping aligned with health and safety requirements. EVOLVE is used across primary, secondary, and further education settings in the United Kingdom, and can be deployed at individual school, multi-academy trust, or local authority level.
