Getter Suite

Developed by AdminRemix, the add-on connects to the Google Workspace administration environment and retrieves device-level information held against managed Chromebooks. Once installed within Google Sheets, it pulls fields such as device serial numbers, asset identifiers, organisational unit assignments, enrolment details, user associations and status information directly into spreadsheet rows.

This removes the need to export data manually from the Google Admin console or to compile device records by hand. The tool is aimed at IT administrators, network managers and technicians in schools, colleges and other educational organisations that issue Chromebooks to staff and pupils as part of their device estate.

Typical use cases include preparing inventory reports, reconciling device records with asset management systems, identifying devices by organisational unit or assigned user, and producing data extracts to support audits or hardware refresh planning.
