Description
gotLearning is an educational technology platform that provides tools for analysing student written work, including assignments, lab reports, and reflections, to identify learning trends and track academic progress over time.
The platform consists of two main products: LearningPulse, which analyses written assignments and learning evidence to produce trend data on student progress, and gotFeedback (also referred to as the Learning Collaborative System or LCS), which supports feedback and collaborative learning workflows. Both products are accessed through separate web applications and are designed for use by educators in schools and higher education institutions.
LearningPulse processes written student work such as essays, lab reports, and reflective pieces to extract indicators of learning and skill development. The system aggregates this information into reports that show where individual students and cohorts are positioned at a given point in time and how their work has changed across longer periods.
The company has received funding through the United States National Science Foundation and is a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program for startups. Access is offered through paid subscriptions, demonstrations, and pilot programmes, with a free trial available for LearningPulse.
