HubAdmissions

Part of the wider HUB suite developed by WCBS (West Country Business Systems), the admissions module is designed for independent and international schools and operates alongside HUB modules covering management information, finance, and income. The system handles the full admissions lifecycle, including enquiry capture, application processing, assessment and interview tracking, offer management, and conversion of accepted applicants into enrolled pupils.

Data captured during admissions flows into the connected HUB MIS, removing the need to re-enter information once a pupil joins the school. HubAdmissions provides tools for managing prospective family communications, open day bookings, registration forms, and supporting documentation.

The platform is delivered as a cloud-native service and is positioned for schools moving away from legacy on-premises systems. WCBS markets HUB to independent fee-paying and international schools, and the admissions component is typically used by registrars, admissions officers, and marketing teams responsible for pupil recruitment and onboarding.
