HUE HD Pro Camera

The device consists of a small camera mounted on a flexible gooseneck arm with a weighted base, allowing users to position the lens above documents, three-dimensional objects, or experiments. It connects to Windows, macOS, Chromebook, and Linux computers via USB and functions as a plug-and-play webcam, requiring no additional drivers for basic operation.

The camera captures still images and video at high definition resolution and includes a built-in microphone for audio recording. A physical button on the camera body allows users to capture snapshots directly.

In educational settings, the HUE HD Pro is used by teachers to project pages from textbooks, worksheets, and student work onto interactive whiteboards or displays. It is compatible with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, where it can be used as a secondary camera for showing physical materials during remote lessons.

The accompanying HUE Intuition software, available for Windows and macOS, provides additional functionality including time-lapse recording, stop-motion animation, image annotation, and video capture. The camera is also used for applications beyond education, including telemedicine, broadcasting, and product demonstrations.
