The platform consolidates user accounts from multiple education systems, including management information systems (MIS), learning platforms, and cloud productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. It automates the creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts based on data drawn from the school's MIS, reducing the manual administrative work associated with starters, leavers, and class changes.

Users access connected applications through a single web-based launchpad after authenticating once. Features include automated account provisioning, password self-service, multi-factor authentication, group and distribution list management, and synchronisation of class and teaching group data across connected systems.

The service supports federated identity through standards such as SAML and integrates with common education applications, MIS providers, and cloud directories. It is typically deployed by IT teams in primary and secondary schools, multi-academy trusts, and further education colleges to manage staff and pupil access across the institution's digital estate.
