Developed by CEV Multimedia and headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, the platform provides digital course materials covering subject areas such as agricultural science, business and marketing, health science, law enforcement and corrections, family and consumer sciences, skilled and technical sciences, and career exploration. Course content is delivered through a combination of video lessons, interactive activities, project-based learning resources, and printable materials, with built-in assessments designed to measure student progress against curriculum standards.

The platform includes an integrated certification testing system that allows students to prepare for and complete industry-recognised certifications directly within iCEV, with several certifications developed in partnership with industry associations. Teachers are provided with lesson plans, instructional guides, grading tools, and reporting features to track student performance, and content is mapped to state-specific CTE standards in the United States.

The system is used primarily by middle schools, high schools, and community colleges, with subscriptions typically purchased at the campus or district level.
