InVentry integrates with management information systems used in UK schools to synchronise pupil and staff data, and it provides functionality for evacuation reporting, safeguarding checks, and parental collection authorisation.

Additional modules cover areas such as parents' evening management, asset tracking, and pre-booked visitor appointments.
