iSpring QuizMaker
Description
iSpring QuizMaker is a desktop authoring tool used for creating interactive quizzes, tests and assessments with multiple question types for publication on websites and learning management systems.
The software supports 14 question types, including multiple choice, drag-and-drop, hotspot, matching, sequence and short answer formats. Authors can add multimedia elements such as images, audio, video and equations to questions, and apply branching scenarios that direct learners to different sections based on their responses.
Time limits, attempt restrictions, randomised question order and answer shuffling are available as anti-cheating measures, and quizzes can be configured to display custom feedback and scoring rules for each question or section. Completed quizzes can be published in HTML5 format for web delivery, or exported to SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can) and AICC standards for use within learning management systems.
Results data, including individual responses, scores and time taken, can be sent to an LMS, an email address or the iSpring Learn platform for reporting. The tool is commonly used in schools, universities and corporate training environments to produce formative and summative assessments, knowledge checks and self-paced revision activities.
