Operated by IBEC Latam, the programme delivers international accreditation services to educational institutions and issues certifications in key competencies aligned with lifelong learning frameworks. The service is targeted at educational institutions in Latin America and includes teacher training, student certification, and institutional accreditation in international standards.

Functions made available through the platform include continuous education delivery, staff capacity-building modules, and tracking of student progress against the competency framework. Communication and supporting materials are provided in Spanish, reflecting the regional focus of the organisation on Spanish-speaking educational markets.
