The platform functions as a digital notebook that supports handwriting input via pen or stylus, multimedia editing of images, audio and video, and unlimited storage for learning data across all grades and subjects. Users can create slides and videos by combining different media types, and search through accumulated learning materials.

The system includes a digital whiteboard with collaborative editing features designed specifically for classroom use, enabling teachers to monitor student activities in real time and facilitate the sharing and comparison of student responses for peer evaluation. LoiLoNote School incorporates thinking tools intended to help students visualise ideas and develop critical thinking, decision-making and communication skills.

The platform supports presentation creation through a card-linking interface and includes web filtering features to manage classroom focus. It offers a mathematics curriculum and is accessible across multiple devices, with availability in several regions including Japan, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand, alongside an English-language version.

Teacher accounts are provided free of charge, while student accounts are offered at a low cost with a free trial period available.
