Mobile Max

The system consists of a mobile unit containing a projector, motion-sensing camera, and integrated computer that can be moved between rooms and positioned to project interactive content onto floor or wall surfaces. Movement across the projected area is detected by the sensors, allowing pupils to interact with on-screen content through physical actions such as stepping, jumping, or waving.

The unit is supplied with a library of pre-installed educational games and activities covering subjects including mathematics, literacy, geography, science, and physical education, as well as content designed for special educational needs and early years settings. Mobile Max is used in primary schools, special schools, early years settings, and SEND provision to combine physical activity with curriculum content.

The portability of the unit allows the same hardware to be shared between classrooms, halls, sensory rooms, and other spaces without permanent installation. Activities can be selected and configured by staff through an on-device interface, and the system is produced by ActiveFloor, a Danish company that develops interactive floor projection products under the 'Jump 'n Learn' brand.
