Administrators can configure offence categories, consequence types, and notification rules to align with district policies.

Automated communications can be sent to parents, guardians, and relevant staff members at defined points in the disciplinary process, including notifications of incidents, scheduled detentions, or suspensions. The product integrates with other modules in the OnCourse suite, including the student information system and gradebook, allowing discipline data to be cross-referenced with attendance and academic records.

Reporting features generate aggregate data on behavioural trends across classrooms, grade levels, and schools, supporting state and federal compliance reporting requirements in the United States.
