Developed by Faria Education Group, the platform provides tools for handling the full admissions lifecycle, including enquiry capture, application processing, interview scheduling, offers and acceptances, and enrolment. It includes a CRM component for tracking interactions with prospective families, alongside advancement functionality intended to support fundraising, alumni engagement, and donor management.

OpenApply is used by international, independent, and private schools to digitise admissions workflows and centralise applicant data. It sits within the wider Faria Education Group portfolio, which also includes ManageBac for learning management, SchoolsBuddy for school-to-home communications, Pamoja for online IB Diploma courses, and Atlas for curriculum planning.

The platform is designed to integrate with these and other school systems, and supports communication with applicants, parents, and internal admissions staff throughout the recruitment and enrolment process.
