PBIS Assessment is a web-based survey tool used for entering, managing, and analysing Positive Behavioural Interventions and Supports (PBIS) implementation surveys and school climate data within educational settings.
The platform supports the administration of standardised PBIS surveys, including the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI), the School Climate Survey, and other instruments used to evaluate the implementation of behavioural support frameworks in schools. Users can enter survey responses, store results centrally, and generate reports that summarise findings across individual schools or specific tiers of intervention.
The tool is designed for school teams, behaviour specialists, and district coordinators involved in monitoring the fidelity of PBIS practices. Alongside data entry and reporting, PBIS Assessment provides functionality for reviewing aggregated survey results and developing action plans based on the outcomes.
It forms part of the wider PBISApps suite, which includes the SWIS Suite for office discipline referral data and PBIS Evaluation for district, regional, and state-level reporting. The service is offered free of charge and is used by schools implementing multi-tiered systems of support to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making around student behaviour and school climate.
