Description

Pupil Reward Points is a customisable school rewards and behaviour management system used for tracking house points, recording attendance and punctuality, and communicating pupil progress to staff and parents.

The platform is designed for primary and secondary schools and offers integration with management information systems including SIMS and Arbor. Schools can configure the system from a range of features to suit their requirements, including house points tracking, attendance and punctuality monitoring, leaderboards, automated certificate generation, and graphical reporting on live data.

The system also supports weekly digest emails to staff and parents summarising positive and negative points earned by pupils. Features include staff and pupil feedback mechanisms used to refine the system over time, reporting tools for generating instant data visualisations, and communication functions for sharing pupil progress with parents.

The service is developed and supported by a UK-based provider, with support requests typically addressed within 24 hours. Additional modules cover character building and measurement, alongside core rewards functionality intended for use across all year groups.
