The platform contains over 400 short interview clips featuring professionals working in fields including health care, marketing, STEM, sports, hospitality, and the skilled trades. Each video provides insight into different career pathways, with content organised to allow students to explore occupations they may not have previously considered.

The collection is designed for use in schools as part of careers education and guidance programmes. Alongside the video content, Aspire includes supplementary materials such as worksheets, discussion questions, and printable certificates to support classroom activities.

The platform also incorporates labour market statistics relating to the featured occupations, enabling students to consider workforce data alongside the interview content. Accessibility features include text-to-speech functionality and language translation tools, which support use by students with varying reading abilities and those who speak English as an additional language.
