School-Connect

The platform provides structured lessons, activities, and supplementary materials designed for middle and high school classrooms, advisory periods, and small-group settings. Content covers areas such as relationship building, communication skills, self-management, decision making, and academic skills, with materials intended for use within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.

Lessons are organised by grade band and topic, allowing teachers, counsellors, and advisory staff to select resources appropriate to their students. School-Connect is used by schools and districts implementing tiered intervention models, where universal (Tier 1) lessons are delivered to all students and additional resources support small-group or individual interventions.

The curriculum is described as evidence-based and is aligned with social-emotional learning competencies. Resources include lesson plans, student handouts, videos, and facilitation guides, which are accessed by educators through the School-Connect website.
