Developed by Interplay Learning, the platform combines video-based instruction with interactive 3D simulations and virtual reality scenarios that allow learners to practise diagnostic and repair procedures in a simulated environment. Course libraries cover heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical work, solar installation, appliance repair, facilities maintenance, and multi-family property management.

Learners can access content through a web browser or mobile application, and selected modules support compatible VR headsets for immersive practical exercises.
