STEMscopes Math

Built around the 5E instructional model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Evaluate), the curriculum structures lessons to begin with inquiry-based activities before moving into direct instruction, application, and assessment. Content is aligned to the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics and covers grades from kindergarten through high school.

The programme combines a digital platform with supplemental print workbooks, manipulative kits for concrete exploration, and assessment tools that allow teachers to monitor pupil progress against standards. The platform includes interactive lessons, virtual manipulatives through integrations with third-party tools such as Brainingcamp and PhET simulations, intervention and acceleration resources, and Spanish-language materials for bilingual classrooms.

Teachers can access lesson planning resources, scope and sequence documents, and formative and summative assessments through the online portal, while pupils complete activities and assignments via student accounts. STEMscopes Math is published by Accelerate Learning, and the curriculum has received reviews from EdReports, an independent non-profit organisation that evaluates instructional materials in the United States.
