SWIS Suite

Developed by PBISApps, the platform is designed for use within schools implementing the PBIS (Positive Behavioural Interventions and Supports) framework. It enables staff to record office discipline referrals and other behaviour incidents, producing reports that summarise patterns by student, location, time of day, problem behaviour, and other variables.

The data collected is used by school teams to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and guide tiered support decisions for individual students or groups. The SWIS Suite includes several applications that share a common reporting structure.

These include the core SWIS module for school-wide behaviour data, CICO-SWIS for monitoring Check-In/Check-Out tier-two interventions, ISIS-SWIS for tracking individual student support plans at tier three, and SAMI for recording substance use incidents. The platform requires schools to work with a certified SWIS facilitator during onboarding and provides training resources, drill-down reports, and tools for setting goals and reviewing progress against intervention plans.

SWIS is used primarily by primary and secondary schools in the United States, with access also available via a mobile application.
