Agilico provides managed print services, document management software, and workplace technology solutions to organisations across the United Kingdom, including those in the education sector. The company's offerings typically include multifunctional printers and copiers, print management and cost control tools, document capture and workflow automation, and ongoing maintenance and support contracts.

Schools and other educational institutions that previously held contracts with Systems Technology continue to receive equipment supply, servicing, and consumables through Agilico.
