UGOT

Developed by UBTECH Robotics, the UGOT platform consists of interchangeable hardware modules, including motors, sensors, cameras and structural components, that can be assembled into a range of robot configurations such as wheeled vehicles, quadrupeds and humanoid forms. The kit incorporates an onboard AI processing unit capable of running computer vision, voice recognition and machine learning models, allowing pupils to build robots that respond to their environment without requiring an external computer for inference.

UGOT is supplied with a programming environment that supports both block-based coding for younger learners and Python for more advanced students, providing a progression pathway through key stages and into further education. The platform is typically used in classroom STEM lessons, robotics clubs and coding workshops, and is accompanied by curriculum-aligned lesson plans, project guides and teacher training resources.

Schools and universities use UGOT to deliver practical activities covering robotics engineering, mechatronics, applied artificial intelligence and computational thinking.
