The system supports random variables and parametric questions, allowing a single question template to generate multiple variations for different students. WirisQuizzes includes an automated grading engine capable of evaluating mathematically equivalent responses, recognising that different algebraic forms of the same expression should be marked as correct.

The platform supports a range of question types including multiple choice, short answer, open-ended mathematical input, and graphical responses.
